Shipment processing time:
Orders are typically processed within 2-4 business days and are not dispatched or delivered on weekends or holidays.
The product(s) will be inspected and packaged prior to handing them over to our trusted delivery partners.
In the event of a surge in order volumes, there might be a delay in shipments by a few days.
Kindly factor in additional transit days for the delivery of your order. In the event of a substantial delay in the shipment, we will promptly communicate with you through email or telephone.
If your order includes multiple items, please be aware that the items may be delivered in separate shipments.
Shipping Charges:
We provide free shipping for all prepaid orders, while a nominal fee of INR 49 applies to all Cash on Delivery (COD) orders across India.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking:
Upon the dispatch of your order, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email that includes your tracking number(s). The tracking number will become active within 24 hours.
Melun does not ship outside India at the moment.
