Cancellation & Refunds

CANCELLATION POLICY:

You can request a cancellation for your order only if it hasn’t been shipped yet. To initiate a cancellation, kindly contact our customer support team at care@melun.in.

Once the cancellation request is confirmed, we will cancel the order and initiate the refund process within 7 business days.

Please note that orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.

REFUND POLICY:

Products can only be returned if they are damaged during transit, have physical defects, or if an incorrect product was shipped. To initiate a return, you must send an email with photos of the damaged/incorrect product within the specified timeframe.

If you want to return all or part of your order, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the products by contacting us at care@melun.in.

Returns will not be accepted if the product has been used, the seal is broken, or the serial number has been tampered with. After receiving the returned product, Melun will inspect and validate the claim.

Once the return is approved, a refund or replacement will be issued. If the product is ineligible for return, it will be sent back to you.

If you paid online, the refunded amount will be returned to the original source (debit/ bank wallet, etc) within 7 working days of receiving your request.

HOW TO REPLACE:

We ensure your peace of mind by offering hassle-free replacements under the following circumstances, provided they are reported within 48 hours of receiving the order. Please contact us at care@melun.in and inspect the product upon arrival:

  1. Incorrect or expired product received: If you receive a product different from your order or an expired item, kindly email us a picture of the received product along with your order number at care@melun.in. Within the next 7-10 business days, we will organize a swift pick-up and dispatch the replacement to you at absolutely no cost.
  2. Incomplete order received: If your order is incomplete, please email us the details of the missing products along with your order number at care@melun.in. We will investigate the matter with our fulfillment team. Once verified, we will ship the missing items within 7-10 business days.
  3. Damaged product received: Despite our utmost care during shipment preparation, transit damages can occasionally occur. If you receive a damaged product, save the box and merchandise, and immediately notify us with relevant pictures and order details at care@melun.in. We will send you a replacement of the same product within 7-10 business days at no additional cost.
  4. Package marked as delivered but missing: If your package is marked as delivered but is missing, please check your surroundings thoroughly and inquire with your building’s security staff. If the package is still not found, email us your order details at care@melun.in. We will initiate an inquiry with our shipping partners and follow up accordingly. This process may take approximately 7 business days.

Refund and Return Policy Guidelines:

  • Products must be returned within 2 days of receipt. We accept returns for products where less than 1/3rd of the product has been used, and the original packing materials must be intact to ensure safe return transit for our delivery partners.
  • Partially returned kits won’t be accepted; the entire kit must be returned for eligibility for a refund.
  • Promotion codes are considered order discounts and won’t be refunded during returns or exchanges. These codes won’t apply to exchanges.
  • Gifts with purchase are non-refundable. There’s no need to return free gifts received with your purchase.
  • Sample products are final sales; no returns, exchanges, or credit are applicable.
  • We can only process returns/exchanges for orders placed on www.melun.in.
  • If your original payment method is expired or invalid, we’ll issue a refund as a gift coupon for use on our website.
  • Products received as gifts without the original invoice and order number aren’t eligible for exchange.
  • We reserve the right to reject fraudulent/malicious return requests; Melun’s decision in these matters is final.

Marketplaces & Authorized Resellers:

Items bought from marketplaces/authorized sellers, not from our site, can’t be returned, refunded, credited, or exchanged with us. Please contact their customer service to address your concern. Following their protocols helps us provide you with the best customer experience.
